This Privacy Policy explains how Nexu7 (“Nexu7”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects personal information when you visit nexu7.com or use our websites, applications, APIs, AI tools, social media management features, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

• Individuals whose information is processed through connected accounts, imported contacts, campaigns, messages, or content managed by our customers.

When a customer uses Nexu7 to process information about its own customers, followers, contacts, or audiences, that customer generally acts as the data controller and Nexu7 acts as a service provider or data processor on the customer’s behalf. The customer is responsible for providing any required notices and obtaining any required permissions.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

• Account information: name, email address, password or authentication credentials, company or workspace name, phone number, profile information, and preferences.
• Billing information: plan, billing address, tax information, payment status, and transaction history. Payment card details are processed by third-party payment providers and are not stored by us in full.
• Content and campaign information: posts, captions, images, videos, audio, comments, drafts, prompts, campaigns, brand assets, uploaded files, and other content you create, upload, schedule, publish, or generate.
• Communications: support requests, feedback, survey responses, and messages or attachments you send to us.

2.2 Information From Connected Platforms

When you connect a third-party account or service, such as a social media, messaging, advertising, storage, or analytics platform, we may receive information through that provider’s official API and according to the permissions you authorize. This may include:

• Access and refresh tokens needed to provide the connected feature.
• Account, page, profile, channel, or business identifiers.
• Profile information, usernames, audience information, and performance metrics.
• Published or scheduled content, comments, messages, advertising data, and engagement statistics.

We request and use connected-platform information only to provide, secure, and support the features you choose. Your use of a connected platform remains subject to that platform’s own terms and privacy policy.

• Do not submit sensitive or confidential information unless it is necessary and you are authorized to do so.
• AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to content generated for others, or unsuitable for your intended use.
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated output before using or publishing it.
• We do not sell your personal information.

5. Legal Bases and Applicable Data Protection Laws

11. Disconnecting Accounts and Deleting Connected-Platform Data

You may disconnect a connected account through the Platform where that option is available, or revoke Nexu7’s access through the connected provider’s settings. To request deletion of data received from a connected platform, email info@nexu7.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and identify the relevant Nexu7 account and connected platform.

12. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including access controls, secure transmission, credential protection, logging, monitoring, and vendor controls. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so you should use a strong, unique password and protect your account credentials.

13. Children’s Privacy

The Services are not intended for persons under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact info@nexu7.com so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

14. Third-Party Services and Links
